CUSTOM ORDERS

Typical production timeline for printed/embroidered orders of 100 units or less is within 7-10 business days after receipt of (a) all order assets supplied in proper working order, and (b) approval of proofs, however, production timelines may be dependent on the size/scope of  your order and seasonal demands. 

Our goal is to provide you with quality products that are ready on-time, so we recommend you contact us in advance to discuss your project and any ready-by-date requirements you have.

The production timeline for corporate program items my vary depending on the program:
- For garments/items that are in-stock: Approx. 3-5 business days.
- For garments/items that are specially ordered: Approx. 7-10 business days.

Due to international tariffs on garments, Prime Time Printing only ships products with Canada. We offer the following standard delivery services:

  • FedEx Ground
  • Canada Post (regular delivery)
  • Shipping collect using your carrier (please provide us with your carrier's name, phone number and your account number).
  • Pick-up at our Windsor Street location in Abbotsford.

PAYING OVER THE PHONE: 

  • If you choose the 'pay over the phone' option, please know we only accept Visa and Mastercard payment over the phone. 
  • After we receive your online order we will contact you by telephone to acquire your payment details. We will require the credit card number, expiry date, security code, and the card-owner name as shown on the card.
  • If you have not received our call within two business days, please call:
    Local (604) 746.1515 during regular business hours.
  • If we have not been able to successfully process payment for your order within 10 calendar days, the order will be cancelled and you will need to submit a new order.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

1. Items that have been customized (ie: printed, embroidered, etc.) cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

2. Items that have not been customized (ie: have not been printed, embroidered, etc.) can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:  

- Must be returned within 30 calendar days
- Will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Must be accompanied by your Prime Time Printing invoice/receipt.
- Must be in brand new condition (unworn and unwashed).
- Must be supplied with its original packaging.  

WARRANTY CLAIM

Prime Time Printing offers a limited liability warranty on the goods and services we provide, however, please know that accidents, improper care, negligence and/or normal wear-and-tear do not qualify as defects that are covered by warranty. 

1. A claim must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the goods have been delivered or picked up.

2. Please click here submit your Warranty Claim via our online form.

3. Under normal circumstances, we will launch our investigation into the matter and respond to your Warranty Claim submission within two business days. 

4. It would be very helpful if you could have clear photos of the defect(s) available to send to us. 

5. If the garment or printing is deemed defective, Prime Time Printing will (at our sole discretion) repair or replace the item(s). Please note that replacements will be based on the exact same style, colour, size and print of the defective items (no substitutions). 

6. Garments deemed defective will need to be returned to us.
